By installing or using Pxlora ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
Pxlora is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to generate product images for your online store. The service includes:
To use Pxlora, you must have a valid Shopify store. By installing the App, you authorize us to access your store data as permitted by Shopify's API and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pxlora operates on a credit-based system. Each image generation consumes credits. New users receive free credits upon installation. Additional credits can be purchased through Shopify's billing system.
Pricing is displayed within the App. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues that prevent service delivery. Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Images generated using Pxlora are yours to use for your business purposes, including commercial use on your Shopify store. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws.
Pxlora and its underlying technology, including AI models, algorithms, and software, remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the App or its technology.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PXLORA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may terminate your use of Pxlora at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
